He did not turn up....

At least two Chinese newspapers had reported today that ex-Chief Minister Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat is to file a suit in the Kota Kinabalu High Court against Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman over some alleged abuses of power. Journalists were at the courthouse as early as 8.30am but as of 12.30pm, there was no sign of Chong's lawyer.

The Press were told that it will be filed at 3.30pm but until the court's registry closed for the day, there was no suit from Chong filed. The Press were told that it will only be filed tomorrow.

When asked why was it not filed today when the registration fee had already been paid, a close aide to Chong and his lawyer told the Press that they were unable to print out the affidavit as a pendrive used to transfer the date was infested by virus.
