As I was having my breakfast in my favourate noodle shop in Inanam this morning, I was alerted by a journalist friend that former Chief Minister Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat will this afternoon file a suit at the Kota Kinabalu High Court against Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman.
Last year, Chong who is Tanjung Kapor Assemblyman, had filed a suit against the Kudat District Council and the Housing Aauthority in the Local Government and Housing Ministry for revoking an approval for the construction of a multo-million ringgits Ma Zu statue.
At the time of posting, I do not have the details of Chong's suit but I was told that he is suing Musa for alleged abuses of power.
