I will just be a by-stander tomorrow when other motorists claims their cash rebate at the Post Office in my home town Inanam. I paid my Kancil's road tax in August, 2007, my Wira on March 15, 2008 and my 4x4 is 2800cc.
I am sure there are many others in the same situation as me and together we hope that something good will come out for us in the near future.
