No by-election for Pensiangan

To be updated

Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup keeps his Pensiangan parliamentary seat after the Federal Court in Kota Kinabalu a a few minutes ago allowed his appeal against an Election Court's decision declaring his win uncontested in the March 8, 2008 general elections was null and void.

Kurup, a first time MP, is Federal Rural and Regional Development Deputy Minister.

...let it be! The Year of the Dragon 2012 is just around the corner and we'll see then what further political developments may arise out of all these present confusions when the people and their "servants....the elected representatives and other politicians" should be focusing on nation building in the midst of an economic depression besetting Mother Earth!

In any way....Sabah for Sabahans! A federal government which restores the autonomous status of Sabah as accorded in the Malaysia Agreement of 1963 will definitely be worshipped by Sabahans as god-like!

Home....sweet home...Sabah!
